- We tell you honestly whether an award is a credible fit, and we say so when nothing is.
- Every deadline, fee, category and criterion we show you is the organiser's own, with a link to their page.
- Every answer we draft sits inside the organiser's published word limit.
- Every factual claim carries a source note tracing it to something you told us.
- Two revision rounds per application within 14 days, the first returned within one working day of your notes.
- Your Entry Document is delivered within three working days of your answers arriving.
- We do not submit entries on your behalf. You submit, so you stay in control of what is said about you.
- We do not pay the organiser's entry fee. That is theirs, it is stated beside every award, and it never passes through us.
- We do not claim a win rate and we make no promise about the outcome. The judges decide that.
- We do not invent facts. If you did not tell us something, it does not appear in your entry.
- We do not enter you for an award whose deadline you cannot realistically meet.
- We do not sell, rent or share your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Refunds
If we have not yet sent you a drafted Entry Document, ask and we refund in full. If we have sent it and you think it is not what we described here, tell us what is wrong: you get a revision round first, and a full refund if that does not put it right.
Your information
We keep what you send us so we can do the work: your answers, your email and your scan. We use it for your entry and for the deadline alerts you asked for, and nothing else. Ask us to delete it and we delete it.
